We have keying service in all of our service locations around the country.  When you place your order, please let us know how you want your products to be keyed. 

No. We are a product manufacturer and do not offer installation of our products.  Please reach out to our customer service team if you have any questions. 

Our FOB point are Lititz, PA; Elkhart, IN; Grand Prairie, TX; Houston, TX; Mira Loma, CA; Birmingham AL and Orlando, FL. The ship location of your merchandise is at Tell’s discretion. All freight charges are prepaid and will be added to your invoice. The consignee pays C.O.D. freight charges.

Customer must advise Tell Manufacturing of merchandise to be returned at which time an RGA number will be issued. Goods returned without an RGA number will not be accepted. All returned merchandise must be in saleable condition, free of all markings, and in original cartons. Returns are subject to a restocking fee.
